A: Fractional means part-time, ongoing engagement—typically 1-3 days per week over 6-12+ months. How it works:

- Provide senior-level strategic thinking without full-time cost

Q: Do you offer one-off projects or hourly consulting?
A: Generally no. We focus on partnerships where we can embed deeply enough to create meaningful impact. One-off projects and hourly work don’t allow for the depth we believe produces the best results.
Minimum engagement is typically 2-3 months for project-based work, 6 months for fractional partnerships. Exception: If you’re a past client and need specific short-term support, we can be flexible.
