Use the System Assessment (Page 20)
Score your current systems across content production, community management, resource development, and measurement. This helps you identify where to focus first.
Pick One Phase to Implement This Month
Don’t try to do everything at once. Choose the phase where you need the most help and commit to implementing one strategy from it within 30 days.
